hi there, i am sorry about grandpa, i wish so much that i could be there and hug you and tell you everything is going to be okay. i love you with all my heart just think of it as him and grandma will be together after all these years, he is in a happier place now, i know you will miss him a lot as we all will even though sandy and i didnt know him well, we still love him, and we are here for you! i love you xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Don't think of him as gone away--
his journey's just begun
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.

Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.

And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched...
for nothing loved is ever lost--
and he was loved so much.

Light a candle, it'll help to remind you
Of your time together on earth,
and as the flame flickers, remember
His kindness, his goodness, his worth.
So, glow little candle, that briefly,
You'll know that his memory can't die,
As you see his face in the glowing light,
Shed a tear, say a prayer, then goodbye.

I am so sorry mom, I know I didn't know him well but how
much it hurts for you I'm sorry.
